Job Summary
Oversees all day-to-day responsibilities for assigned clinical programs or facilities, managing supply chain services including replenishment, put-away, receiving, distribution, and special orders.
Responsible for the successful implementation of system initiatives and continuous improvement programs, monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring optimal utilization of PeriOp programs and SCO policies.
Directs and leads staff to ensure department goals are met, utilizing dashboards and huddle boards, and conducting performance appraisals, coaching, and development.
