Job Summary

  • Maintain daily labor/timesheets and conduct semi-annual staff evaluations, proposing raise recommendations.
  • Oversee all schedules within Foundation Rooms, conduct daily pre-shift meetings, and provide continual coaching and counseling to subordinates.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain OSHA workplace standards, operational supplies, reservations, and oversee parties/special events.
