Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, toolkits, and playbooks for the US Market that accelerate adoption and mitigate resistance.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, field, COEs, and enabling functions, and define and deliver measurement, sustainment, and continuous improvement plans.

Base: $142,400.00 - $224,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick days
