Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching and developing a group of associates to ensure daily production expectations for high-quality medical devices are met.
This role requires overseeing manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) programs while promoting a zero accident culture.
Candidates must spend a minimum of 75% of their time on the production floor and be able to work flexible schedules covering all shifts as needed.

Must-have
5+ years people lead experience
2+ years medical device manufacturing
Cleanroom environment knowledge
GMP and GDP compliance expertise
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Advanced Excel skills including VBA
SAP MRP system experience
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency
CPIM certification preferred
FDA 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge
Servant leadership approach
Flexible shift coverage availability
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)
5+ years supervisory experience
2+ years in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing
