Job Summary
Serve as an intermediary between sales and production personnel, providing technical assistance designed to promote product knowledge and to facilitate the overall sales process.
Develop technical solutions to product manufacturing issues, improve and streamline the hose and gasket manufacturing process, and evaluate new tools in the manufacture of said products.
Oversee employees engaged in the manufacturing process, recruit/interview/hire employees as appropriate, and evaluate individual employee’s job performance and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
