Must-have

  • Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on occupational therapy care
  • Supervise and mentor COTAs and aides
  • Document progress and participate in team care planning
  • Support discharge planning with training and equipment

Nice-to-have

  • SNF/rehab experience preferred
  • Clinical development and leadership opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Current CA OT license
  • CPR certified
