Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Clinical oncology experience in hematology/oncology
  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO degree required
  • 5 years minimum clinical experience
  • 60-70% work-related travel required
  • Establish relationships with Hematologist/Oncologists

Nice-to-have

  • Prior MSL experience preferred
  • Knowledge of community oncology practice needs
  • Strong emotional intelligence and diversity appreciation
  • Ability to drive results as a strategic thinker
  • Experience managing projects in dynamic environments

Key Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO within clinical/scientific profession
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience or biotech success
  • NP, PA, or Master's Degree with 6 years experience
  • Expert understanding of disease states and treatment algorithms
  • Knowledge of managed care arena and pharmaceutical industry
