Key Requirements
University degree/Diploma in Disaster Management, Environmental Science
Minimum three years' experience

Management experience
Training and capacity building experience preferred
Strong report writing skills
Good knowledge of procurement and financial systems
Strong knowledge of project management, accounting practices, donor regulations
