Job Summary

  • This role will oversee daily demand management activities and drive service and inventory performance across global value streams, ensuring optimized product flow from suppliers through manufacturing and delivery to customers.
  • Key responsibilities include leading and supervising planning team members, overseeing demand, supply, and inventory planning through the IBP process, and aligning cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • The position requires monitoring and improving KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS, OTIF-D, Inventory Days, and Safety Stock, while driving issue resolution and collaborating with global partners during periods of short supply.
