Responsibilities include leading Fluence Energy battery module manufacturing in the US, driving product and process improvements, and partnering with production teams to resolve issues.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of experience developing and testing high-voltage battery systems
Experience in manufacturing/industrialization of battery cells or modules
Broad technical knowledge across engineering disciplines
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
