The incumbent will lead collective labor agreement negotiations with Works Councils and Trade Unions while ensuring legal compliance and balancing productivity with employee wellbeing.
The position requires translating business strategy into HR roadmaps, managing the full employee lifecycle, and leading a multi-disciplinary HR team across plant, mine, and office sites.
