Job Summary
The Director, HEOR – Japan will serve as the country HEOR leader, accountable for leading health technology assessment (HTA) activities in Japan and for shaping evidence strategies that support pricing, reimbursement, and access outcomes.
This role works in close partnership with Global HEOR and collaborates cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Brand teams to deliver integrated evidence plans across the product lifecycle.
The Director will also lead and develop a high‑performing HEOR team and build future‑ready capabilities aligned with BMS enterprise strategy.
