This role is responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of all station equipment including studio infrastructure and high-power RF systems.
The engineer serves as the primary point of contact for remote transmission facilities, ensuring maximum uptime and strict adherence to FCC regulations.
Candidates must be available for on-call status to immediately address emergencies and possess the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years hands-on broadcast equipment experience
Expert knowledge of UHF transmitters and RF microwave systems
FCC and FAA regulatory compliance expertise
Independent troubleshooting and critical decision making
Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders regularly
Nice-to-have
AutoCAD experience for facility planning
Advanced computer skills for system management
Ability to train personnel on technical operations
Experience with bonded cellular and SNG systems
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
