  • This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and direct exposure to ESS manufacturing operations.
  • Get direct mentorship from engineers running a real production MES and exposure to ESS manufacturing and energy storage at scale.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop and debug Ignition SCADA/MES scripts
  • Build and improve genealogy and traceability logic
  • Build and maintain data pipelines
  • Support cloud-based manufacturing data infrastructure
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
  • Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or energy technology

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to SCADA, MES, PLC, or industrial automation
  • Familiarity with SQL or time-series data concepts
  • Prior internship or coursework in manufacturing, robotics, or hardware-adjacent software

Key Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Must be able to work on-site in Burlingame, CA
  • Self-directed, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
