Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Data Science, Commerce or Economics, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years' experience in a similar large-scale enterprise
Exposure to delegating, coaching, supporting and directing others
Strong analytical capability
Experience in business process mapping (VSM, workflow creation)
Experience in project economics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to interpret complex datasets
Build trust in data accuracy
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
