Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, as well as assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires assisting in the development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting discharge planning and resident assessments.
