Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of catering services, products, equipment, and packaging to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor and evaluate inflight catering performance through cabin crew feedback/ reports, and audits; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
