  • Lead a team of Patient Engagement Coordinators, serving as the first voice for clients, and focus on people management, quality enforcement, and performance optimization.
  • Own the quality of client-facing communications across all channels, developing and refining scripts and templates to enhance conversion rates and client experience.
  • Monitor and manage team utilization, develop scheduling strategies to meet SLAs, and track key metrics to report on performance and capacity.
