This role is an enterprise leader responsible for defining and executing MedImpact's clinical analytics vision focused on proactive, individualized, and sustainable care.
The Vice President will drive analytic insights that improve PMPM performance, reduce total cost of care, and elevate HEDIS and CAHPS measures while partnering with the Chief Medical Officer.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15 years related experience in PBM or Managed Care
Deep understanding of pharmacy and medical data integration
Proven success leading enterprise analytics or HEOR functions
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R
Experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and Star Ratings metrics
Nice-to-have
PhD, MD, or PharmD advanced degree preferred
Ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
Experience supporting commercial teams with RFP competitiveness
Strong track record in reducing total cost of care
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional matrixed teams
