Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and help with mobility such as lifting, turning, and transporting residents.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or incidents of resident abuse.
