Job Summary

  • This role ensures the availability of Systems, Application, Infrastructure, and Data required to execute mission requirements in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • The Technical Lead manages Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 Service Desk Support including NOC and SOC operations on a 24/7 basis.
