Job Summary
The RN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice daily in keeping with the standards and expectations set out by governing bodies and internal policies and standards of care.
Responsibilities include ensuring resident/patient care is provided with established nursing standards, assisting in assessment and monitoring, managing and evaluating staff, monitoring performance, and providing direction in the absence of the Director of Care.
