Job Summary

  • The IRP-Allied Health individuals are licensed or certified professionals who work within a team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services.
  • Upon referral, the physical therapist will assess patients and establish together with the patient and other team members plans of care; provide a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of the discipline; provide education and support to patients/families; and facilitate continuing care planning.
  • The physical therapist assures coordination of services and programs in appropriate interactions with other therapists, rehab supportive staff, and other participants in patient care activities.
