Base: $83,221.00 - $187,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus eligibility depending on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, vacation, and well-being benefits

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Chemistry or related STEM field
1 year experience in synthetic or medicinal chemistry
1 year experience performing compound synthesis and characterization
1 year experience designing new molecules and synthetic routes
1 year experience with analytical techniques including TLC, HPLC, NMR, mass spectrometry
1 year experience in written and oral communication of chemistry research
