Job Summary

  • Responsible to provide Level 3 technical support for IAM applications platform and their infrastructure.
  • Perform day to day operation support on the platform hosting IAM applications including system health checks, application performance monitoring, backups & restoration, upgrades, patching, certificates maintenance and issue resolutions.
  • To drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives in improving service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
