Must-have

  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow ITAM domain expertise
  • HAM and SAM implementation skills
  • CMDB and CSDM knowledge
  • ServiceNow Discovery configuration
  • REST API and IntegrationHub proficiency
  • JavaScript and Glide API coding

Nice-to-have

  • ArchX or Certified Technical Architect designation
  • Experience with Performance Analytics module
  • Familiarity with AI Control Tower features
  • Knowledge of GRC module integration
  • Passion for modern UI/UX design trends
  • Agile development process experience

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years ServiceNow hands-on experience
  • Current ServiceNow certifications in Discovery, HAM, or SAM
  • System Administrator certification required
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
