Job Summary

  • Support the Director Inventory Controls with adding value to the Finance Department and the company as they drive excellence in the monthly inventory reconciliation process.
  • The Inventory Controls Analyst will accomplish their mission by understanding, adhering to, and enforcing inventory reconciliation policies, processes, controls, and procedures utilizing existing and new inventory analysis tools.
  • Routinely communicate reconciliation results to key NAPA Finance and Supply Chain partners, identifying locations with results outside of variance thresholds and reporting out to leaders.
