Key Requirements
Proactive premises inspections
Raise work orders and provide status updates
Main point of contact for enquiries and escalations
Monitor customer feedback and action plan
Ensure signages and messages are current
Support and promote ABW / FWN
Locker Management Support
Ensure desks are ready and available
Support change management activities
Host regular business engagement sessions
Maintain effective business relationship
Promote regular staff engagement
Provide end-user support
Stay current on EUS technology
Assist with AV, VC and other technology inquiries
Host and promote employee engagement events
Ensure pulse survey insights and VOC feedback
Activate, promote wellbeing, fitness and recreation agenda
