Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Level I)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred for Levels II & III
  • Certified CHW Training Program enrollment within 45 days
  • 2 years CHW experience for Level II
  • 4 years CHW experience for Level III
  • ARCHWA certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
