Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before providing care and report all changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting with meal service, maintaining clean rooms, and ensuring the comfort and dignity of residents at all times while following infection control procedures.
