Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8 years experience in system protection schemes
Expertise in relay selection and configuration
Proficiency with Power Factory and DIgSILENT
Knowledge of IEC 61850 process architecture
Experience with EPC environments and multidisciplinary teams
Nice-to-have
Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally
Experience with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
Strong leadership behaviors and humility
Fluency in additional languages besides English
Proactive cross-functional team participation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in transmission/distribution protection
Proficiency in protection relay software tools
Ability to manage short circuit and voltage studies
