BTVK Advisory is seeking a Recruiting Senior focused on campus recruitment to build relationships with students and faculty while managing on-campus activities and recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or a related field with at least three years of experience in recruiting, preferably in public accounting or professional services

Job Summary

  • Develop strong relationships with faculty and students, while collaborating with firm professionals to facilitate networking and branding at targeted schools.
  • Manage all on-campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitates the candidate selection and interviewing process to fill staff and intern positions throughout the firm.
  • Provide support to projects in the recruitment people management arena, including employment brand, applicant tracking system, diversity & inclusion and other recruiting initiatives.
