Job Summary

  • The job is to enhance in-house ferroelectric and piezoelectric material growth capability, develop the best-in-class ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, and obtain effective energy conversion or signal transmission functions and performance.
  • The materials particularly include advanced ferroelectric and piezoelectric single crystals and films as demanded for producing competitive ferroelectric and piezoelectric devices, including but not limited to ultrasonic transducers.
