Job Summary
The RN is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
Assist the Director of Nursing in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department, participating in policy development, and ensuring staff adherence to procedures.
Provide direct nursing care to residents, monitor their condition, administer medications, and participate in care planning to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
