  • DOE and statistical process control expertise
  • Metrology skills including TEM SEM CD-SEM
  • Ion implant technology transfer experience
  • Wafer fabrication and thin film deposition knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring juniors
  • Ability to work on-site in Phoenix Arizona

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree plus 3 years experience OR Bachelor's plus 5 years
  • 2 years experience in Design of Experiment and SPC
  • 2 years experience with specific metrology tools like TEM or SEM
  • 2 years experience in wafer fabrication or ion transport phenomena
  • 1 year experience leading projects and providing feedback
  • 1 year experience in 28nm-4nm tech node ion implantation
  • Willingness to work on-site at Phoenix facility
