Develop and Lead High Performing Teams by recruiting, developing, and retaining top S&P talent, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Establish and Nurture Strong Relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients and legal/risk management, to implement the client sourcing plan and deliver best-in-class performance.
