Job Summary

  • Proactively manage a multi-disciplined shift team to maintain all assets within the Operational areas to optimise the utilisation of the equipment and to deliver maximum volume at the right quality.
  • Drive the identification of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and bring the equipment back into service as quickly as possible as well as actively seeking and identifying cost effective improvements to site assets and equipment, improving efficiency and reliability.
  • Own all aspects of team management, including performance reviews, absence, and time management, ensuring ideal allocation of engineering resources to maximise performance for the site.
