The position requires deep local market knowledge combined with ability to implement regional HSSE strategies and drive performance across multiple facilities and service lines.

Key Requirements
12+ years progressive HSSE leadership experience
5+ years senior management experience in APAC
Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced professional certifications (NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CIH, or equivalent)
ISO management system certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
