Job Summary

  • The Digital Technology Senior FLIGHT DECK Leader will be partnered with CIO leadership teams and responsible for delivering measurable business impact through the activation and implementation of the FLIGHT DECK Operating System within these CIO organizations.
  • This role will evaluate current FLIGHT DECK (FD) capabilities and collaborate with CIO Leadership Teams and Practitioners to deploy FD fundamentals across the organization.
  • This FD Leader will be responsible for leading large-scale and complex improvement efforts to drive impactful results tied to customer value and DT effectiveness.
