The incumbent will be accountable for delivering financial and operating results, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business development support.
The role requires leading initiatives to enhance all financial metrics while supporting a lean manufacturing cultural change to drive out waste.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
7+ years of finance experience
Multi-facility manufacturing experience
ERP proficiency (Oracle & Hyperion)
Lean manufacturing environment knowledge
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Business Administration
Experience with Lean Accounting
Strong presentation and forecasting skills
Cross-functional business partnership
Continuous improvement cultural change
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of finance experience
Must have multi-facility manufacturing responsibility
Proficient in Oracle and Hyperion ERP applications
