Key Requirements

• Must have or be eligible for a DEA license
• Approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in NC
• Eligible for prescriptive authority application in NC
• BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA required
• 1 Year experience ACNP or AGANP required (Nurse Practitioner)
• 1 Year experience required (Physician Assistant)
