Base: $120,000 - $400,000; Bonus/Equity: equity; Benefits: Company subsidized Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, 4 weeks paid time off, 12 company holidays, 401K with 5% company contribution, etc.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in ASIC Physical Design
8 years of industry experience in ASIC Physical Design and/or CAD (bonus)
