Job Summary

  • Responsible for nursing staff induction, clinical education / training, in-service education, personal and professional growth
  • Collaborate with the nurse Managers/Clinicians and other health professionals on relevant staff development and in-service education
  • Assist in the preparation, review and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and clinical competency checklists for the department
