Job Summary

  • The IMC Manager is responsible for leading the Industrial Maturity Center (IMC) in Getafe, a center dedicated to the development of new technologies and ensuring an efficient, safe, ergonomic, and sustainable entry into service, with a special focus on WB and SA ramp up.
  • Manage technology maturation from TRL6 to MRL7, provide training in new technologies before entry into service, and drive innovation and idea generation for the plant.
