Must-have

  • Valid LLQP or IFIC certification required
  • Bilingual French and English proficiency mandatory
  • Experience with retail insurance and investment products
  • Ability to work variable schedule 8am-8pm
  • Strong active listening and communication skills

  • Experience in blended outbound call center environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM tools
  • CFP or Financial Planner designation preferred

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or 2+ years relevant experience
  • MFDA Dealing representative registration required
  • Insurance Advisor license across Canadian provinces
  • Sales and service experience preferably in insurance
  • Variable availability Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm
