Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field
  • 8+ years relevant industry experience
  • Proficiency with GD&T and NX CAD software
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of IPC-620 and MIL-SPEC requirements
  • Background in heat treatment and plating processes
  • Familiarity with complex gear trains and welded structures

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to obtain ATF Employee Possessor clearance
