Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations.
Responsible for the creation and expediting of sales orders, coordination of the Master Demand Plan, and participation in Sales/Operations meetings.
Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
