Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations.
  • Responsible for the creation and expediting of sales orders, coordination of the Master Demand Plan, and participation in Sales/Operations meetings.
  • Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
