Job Summary
This role involves assisting customers with everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment, as well as serving customers face to face in a retail branch.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with general banking transactions, answering questions, building personal connections, and processing applications for personal loans and credit cards.
