  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday functionalities, focusing on talent management and learning modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and L&D leads to optimize Workday and related technologies for evolving business needs.
  • Provide post-production support and track key metrics to ensure KPIs are met while coaching content curators and support teams.
