Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years energy project finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Expertise in DCF and IRR analysis
  • Knowledge of power purchase agreements (PPAs)
  • Ability to lead due diligence processes

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or CFA designation preferred
  • Experience with utility-scale solar and wind projects
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Passion for sustainability and clean tech
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in ambiguous environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in energy development or project finance
  • Unrestricted work authorization in India or Singapore
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Familiarity with debt financing and risk allocation mechanisms
